MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in mechanical maintenance roles.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must have experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plant industries.
• Applicants should have at least a 3-year course diploma in a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
• Ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams effectively.
• Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and machinery overhaul.
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Monitor the performance of plant equipment and recommend corrective and improvement actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and service reports.
• Analyze maintenance data and equipment performance to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to minimize disruptions and optimize plant performance.
