Estimation Manager (Electrical)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred.
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related engineering fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in similar estimation or project management roles.
- Knowledgeable in strategic contribution, people management, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Experienced in estimation support, cost estimation management, tender, and bidding management.
- Familiarity with risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) management, and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical cost estimation for projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Oversee tender preparation and submission processes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and financial plans.
- Implement and maintain policies, systems, and procedures for estimation activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team of estimation professionals, providing guidance and performance oversight.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate estimation insights and project plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in estimation.
- Ensure adherence to QHSE standards in all estimation and planning activities.
- Prepare regular reports on estimation, budgeting, and project planning activities.
