OPERATOR (Metal Production)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Must have TESDA NC II certification in Welding or CNC.
- At least 2 years or more of relevant work experience, preferably in sandwich panel production or metal processing.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Knowledgeable in basic machine maintenance, fault detection, and troubleshooting.
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual work in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate metal production machinery and equipment used in manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the production of sandwich panels and metal components according to company specifications.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and routine equipment checks.
- Detect faults or mechanical issues and conduct basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
