Hong Ye Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction activities at project sites in Saipan. The Site Foreman will be responsible for overseeing workers, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Site Foreman

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in construction, with supervisory experience as a Site Foreman preferred.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage a team effectively.
• Physically fit and able to work in construction site conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Lead and manage construction workers such as carpenters, masons, steelmen, and other laborers.
• Ensure work is performed according to construction plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other supervisors.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations.
• Report project progress, issues, and delays to management.
