Team Leader (Rigger)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
  Safety-conscious and reliable
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and coordination skills for farm and site operations
• Able to supervise rigging tasks and manage the team effectively

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise rigging operations, including lifting, moving, and securing heavy equipment
• Ensure all rigging tasks comply with safety standards and operational procedures
• Coordinate daily activities of the rigging team to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper usage and regular inspection
• Provide training and guidance to team members on safe rigging practices
• Maintain accurate records of rigging operations, safety checks, and equipment usage
