We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Careworkers to join our team and contribute to the high-quality care we offer to our clients.
CAREWORKER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Careworker or in a related field.
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Medicine, Nursing, or similar fields.
- JLPT N3/N4 Ex-Trainee must have a Level 3 Passed Certificate or Evaluation Certificate.
- Certified Level 2 Caregiver Japan Certificate.
- Knowledge of elderly care, patient support, and caregiving standards.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (basic to intermediate proficiency is required).
- Strong work ethic, patience, and empathy for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, assisting with daily living task like dressing and hygiene, preparing meals, administering medication and offering companionship.
- Involve light housekeeping, managing errands, assisting with mobility and documenting client health and progress while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assisting with bathing, grooming and dressing, Supporting with toilet and continence care, helping with mobility and transfers, Supervising or assisting with eating and drinking.
- Performing light housekeeping, such as cleaning, vacuuming and laundry, Preparing meals and snacks.
- Doing grocery shopping and other errands, washing dishes and managing other domestic duties.
- Administering or monitoring medications, monitoring health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties, Assisting with mobility and transferring clients.
- Providing emotional support and companionship, engaging in conversation, games or other activities to keep clients mentally agile, helping clients manage their schedules and appointments, arranging transportation to doctors offices or other outings.
- Communicating with clients, their families, and other medical staff.
- Maintaining client records and reporting progress, assisting with managing bills and correspondence

- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
