FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Valid IRATA Level 3 certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Fabricator in industrial or construction environments
• Strong knowledge of structural steel, welding techniques, and metal fabrication
• Ability to supervise rope access teams and conduct rescues
• Trade qualification in fabrication or welding
• Physically fit and medically cleared for rope access work
• Strong safety awareness and leadership skills
• Experience in offshore, mining, or heavy industrial projects
• Confined Space and Working at Heights certification.
• First Aid certification

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform steel fabrication, modification, and structural repairs at height
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Carry out cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly works
• Supervise rope access teams and ensure IRATA compliance
• Develop rescue plans and oversee safe rope access operations
• Conduct inspections and ensure fabrication quality standards are met
• Maintain rope access equipment and fabrication tools
