Machine (KEY) Operators (Die-cut/Hot-stamping)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• 3 years of experience in a production company.
• Previous experience as a key operator in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the machinery and equipment used in the production process.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and resolve them efficiently.
• Ability to notice small variations in production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and the ability to implement them

Responsibilities:

• Operate key machinery and equipment during production
• Ensure machines are functioning efficiently, with minimal downtime.
• Perform machine setups for different production runs.
• Continuously monitor machine operations and production lines to detect any issues.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or production inefficiencies.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on key machinery to avoid breakdowns.
• Perform minor repairs or adjustments to machinery as necessary.
• Report any major issues or need for repairs to the maintenance team.
• Monitor product quality during the production process to ensure it meets specifications.
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments to machinery to correct any inconsistencies.
• Record machine settings, operational data, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate production logs, documenting hours worked, downtime, and maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery.
• Ensure that all equipment meets safety standards and perform safety checks.
• Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and other team members.
• Communicate any issues or improvements that can enhance production efficiency or safety
• Train new or junior operators on equipment and production processes.
• Other duties in accordance with the job position.
