  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Monitor and report residents’ conditions to supervisors
  • Follow Japanese healthcare and workplace protocols
