Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the food and beverage industry
• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related field
• Experience in preparing and serving coffee, mixed alcoholic beverages, and other drinks
• Knowledgeable in beverage preparation standards and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing all culinary operations, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food standards
• To oversee food safety compliance, manage inventory and supplier relationships, control kitchen costs, and ensure efficient, safe service.
• Creating new menu items, developing recipes, and ensuring food quality and presentation and meet high standards.
• Ordering supplies, controlling inventory, managing food waste, and ensuring cost-efficient operations
• Maintaining strict compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Must have knowledge of preparing a large range of small Chinese dishes that are traditionally serve in Yumcha/Dim sum (Chinese Breakfast)
• Specialize in varieties of Seafood (Sichuan cuisine since Fiji is a lot of seafood).
