FEMALE VIP HEAD NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nurse, with valid PRC (Philippine Regulation Commission) license.
• Dataflow and Saudi Council License is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage patient care effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of performing nursing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the care of VIP patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff, providing leadership and support.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure that patient care follows hospital protocols and international standards.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
