Commercial Project Spectrums Est is seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, artisan baked goods, and specialty desserts while maintaining excellence in production standards, food safety, and team coordination. Experience in sourdough/mother yeast and stone-floor deck ovens is highly valued.

Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a senior pastry/bakery role
- Strong experience with sourdough/mother yeast and stone-floor deck ovens
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and production methods
- Expertise in recipe development and standardization
- Experience in production planning, quality control, and inventory management
- Leadership skills with experience in team supervision and scheduling
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a wide variety of pastries, breads, desserts, and specialty baked goods
- Work with sourdough/mother yeast and operate stone-floor deck ovens
- Develop, test, and standardize recipes to ensure product consistency and quality
- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet demand
- Maintain high standards of quality control and presentation
- Supervise and support bakery staff, including scheduling and task delegation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of raw materials
- Control portioning, minimize waste, and manage food costs
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- Introduce new menu items and seasonal offerings
