Restaurant General Manager
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily service, ensure high quality, cleanliness, and efficient flow from kitchen to table.
- Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and conduct performance reviews for all staff (servers, cooks, hosts).
- Develop budgets, manage payroll, control labor/food costs, analyze P&L, and report financial performance.
- Handle complaints, gather feedback, resolve issues, and implement strategies for customer satisfaction.
- Manage ordering, track stock, control waste, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Develop promotional activities, manage online presence, and set goals for growth.
- Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
Salary and Benefits:
- SAR 3,200 + SAR 300 ( PHP 55,000 )
