Housing Concierge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Planning or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a key point of contact for hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service and support related to accommodations and housing needs.
• Ensures guests feel welcomed, informed, and assisted throughout their stay by coordinating services, addressing requests, and maintaining strong communication with hotel departments.
• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome
• Assist guests with housing-related inquiries, room assignments, and special requests
• Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, front desk)
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and policies
• Monitor housing areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction
• Assist with move-in, extended stay coordination, or group housing arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, room status, and service follow-ups
• Uphold hotel standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Possess proper Phone etiquette skills.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
