WAITER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Should have TESDA NCII Food and Beverage Services (or willing to take)
• Hardworking people who can manage busy operations.
• Preferably with previous experience in Middle East fine-dining restaurants
• Pleasing personality and confident and Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a positive dining experience by greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and handling complaints, all while maintaining clean tables and a welcoming atmosphere
• Sharp skills in include order accuracy, menu knowledge, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.
• Warmly greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer questions about dishes and ingredients.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
• Memorize menu items, specials, and ingredients; offer recommendations and suggest appetizers, desserts, or drinks (upselling).
• Serve meals and beverages, check on diners for satisfaction, and address any issues or complaints promptly.
• Friendly, patient, and diplomatic demeanor.
