SENIOR PLANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a senior leader in plant management, specifically within a project division or “in-plant” function.
• Proficiency in managing plant budgets, implementing cost control programs, and monitoring expenses to improve the bottom line.
• Experience collaborating on the operation and maintenance of complex plant equipment.
• Ability to interface directly with clients to ensure all contractual goals and obligations are met.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, hire, and train a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with the client and assuring contractual goals are met.
• Oversee all operations of project to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards, including health and safety.
• Implement cost control programs.
• Develop plans that help operations run smoothly.
• Work closely with upper management to set and achieve company-wide goals.
• Engage in proactive and reactive problem-solving to resolve issues affecting quality, and cost.
