PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-years of experience in the same field.
• With valid IELTS UKVI band score 5.5 (all 4 components should be 5.5 and above)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in compost, substrate, or agricultural processing
• Ability to operate and monitor production processes, including material flow through blending and conditioning stages
• Knowledge of or ability to support pasteurization, quality control, and safety procedures
• Capable of handling, moving, and monitoring materials using conveyors and production plant equipment
• Experience supporting packaging and bagging operations with attention to accuracy and efficiency
• Strong awareness of workplace safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial or processing facility environment
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow standard operating procedures
