Spa Therapist

Qualifications:

  • Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of massage techniques, beauty, and wellness treatments.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Hotel or resort spa experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a variety of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
  • Maintain accurate guest treatment records.
  • Communicate with guests to adjust treatments as needed.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and report incidents to the supervisor.
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper preparation of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Explain treatments, provide recommendations, and promote retail products or additional services.
  • Check guest medical conditions and allergies prior to treatments.
  • Monitor spa supplies and report shortages.
