Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in carpentry and general maintenance.
  • Knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and repair techniques.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair works.
  • Handle daily carpentry-related maintenance within the hotel.
  • Install and repair shelving, cabinets, doors, locks, windows, and glazing.
  • Operate woodworking machinery and carry out minor general building works.
  • Repair or replace damaged structural components using hand tools.
  • Finish woodwork and wall surfaces, including painting and panelling.
  • Repair plaster and plasterboard defects.
  • Ensure all work complies with local technical regulations and safety standards.
