Quality Department Head (Head of Department)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Head or similar leadership role in steel fabrication or related industries
• Strong knowledge of product quality standards, inspection methods, and safety requirements
• Ability to lead a team and implement quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ISO or other relevant quality certification standards is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Department, ensuring adherence to company and industry quality standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures for steel and fabrication processes
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure product compliance with specifications
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Train and supervise quality control personnel
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to maintain product quality
