Construction Safety Engineer
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- Relevant safety certifications and construction industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Safety Program Development: Create and implement comprehensive health & safety plans, policies, and procedures for specific projects.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and develop strategies to eliminate or control them.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities meet federal, state, and local safety standards (OSHA, etc.).
- Training & Education: Conduct regular safety orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized training (fall protection, confined space, etc.).
- Inspections & Audits: Perform daily site inspections and audits to check adherence to safety rules and PPE use.
- Incident Management: Investigate accidents, near misses, and injuries, documenting findings and preventing recurrence.
- Reporting: Compile and submit weekly safety reports, track metrics, and manage safety documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers, workers, and regulators to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:

- High School Diploma if High School Graduate
- Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
- Employment certificates (previous to present)
- Trainings attended
- Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
- Passport copy (1 year valid)
