Job Vacancy: CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Sunwell Solutions Co., Ltd. is seeking experienced and motivated Construction Engineers to support and manage construction projects in Japan. The role involves on-site engineering supervision, coordination, and execution of construction activities for industrial and building projects.
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Open to Male and Female applicants
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Construction Engineer (Plant, Building, or Industrial Construction)
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
- PRC License holder is an advantage
- Candidates with experience working for a Japanese company in the Philippines or in Japan will be prioritized
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues
- Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
