Sunwell Solutions Co., Ltd. is seeking qualified and experienced Civil Engineers to join our project teams in Japan. The role involves planning, design, supervision, and coordination of civil and structural works for construction and industrial projects.
CIVIL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Open to Male and Female applicants
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Civil Engineer (Construction, Industrial, or related fields)
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Engineering (Civil or related field)
- PRC License holder is an advantage
- Candidates with experience working for a Japanese company in the Philippines or in Japan will be prioritized
- Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and multicultural environment
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise civil and structural works for construction and industrial projects
- Prepare and review construction drawings, technical plans, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality of work
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, engineering standards, and company policies
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
