Sunwell Solutions Co., Ltd. is seeking skilled and experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers to join our engineering team in Japan. The role involves electrical and instrumentation design, installation support, and maintenance for plant, industrial, and construction projects.

Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Open to Male and Female applicants
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (Plant, Construction, Industrial, or related fields)
  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field)
    PRC License holder is an advantage
  • Candidates with experience working for a Japanese company in the Philippines or in Japan will be prioritized
  • Familiarity with E&I design tools, control systems, and international standards is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and review electrical and instrumentation systems for plants and industrial facilities
  • Prepare electrical and instrumentation drawings, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and specifications
  • Perform system analysis, load calculations, and equipment selection
  • Support installation, testing, calibration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of E&I systems
  • Coordinate with mechanical, piping, and civil engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and instrumentation standards, safety codes, and project requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports
