NBTC Group is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support Oil & Gas projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project costs, and supporting bidding and tendering activities in line with company and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Cost Estimator, preferably in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and project cost structures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software/tools.
• Experience with BOQs, take-offs, and tender documentation.
• Middle East experience preferred; KSA experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Oil & Gas, EPC, and construction projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
• Develop material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost breakdowns.
• Support tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate inputs.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify cost risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
• Maintain cost databases, historical data, and estimating templates.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control during project execution
