HSE STAFF (ENGINEER)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HSE laws, standards, and best practices
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
  • Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or hotel & resort construction projects.
  • OSHA / IOSH certification (advantage)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce HSE plans, procedures, and method statements on construction sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification (HAZID).
  • Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, hot works, and confined spaces.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective actions.
  • Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, dust control, noise, spills, and pollution prevention.
  • Conduct site safety inductions for workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
  • Promote safety awareness and behavioral safety programs.
