PLANNER (PLANNING ENGINEER)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Experience as Planner / Planning Engineer in hotel and resort construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
  • Define activity sequencing, logic links, and resource loading.
  • Monitor critical path and project milestones.
  • Collect daily and weekly progress data from site teams.
  • Update schedules and analyze variances between planned and actual progress.
  • Identify delays, risks, and potential impacts on project completion.
  • Prepare schedule impact analysis and mitigation plans.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis (as-built vs as-planned).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
