POUCHING MACHINE OPERATOR (FLAT-BOTTOM / STAND-UP)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Experience in flat-bottom / stand-up pouching machines

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate flat-bottom and stand-up pouching machines according to job specifications.
  • Load films and materials, adjust machine settings (temperature, sealing, cutting, alignment).
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality during prod
  • Conduct in-process checks to ensure pouch dimensions, seals, and print alignment meet standards. Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of the machine.
  • Record production data and report any issues or downtime to the supervisor.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
