DIE CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Experience in champion, simpla cutter, heidelberg, bobst expertcut, sanwa & eterna machines
  • Knowledge of die cutting tools, materials, and setup procedures. Good attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support changeovers between jobs for efficient workflow.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
  • Coordinate with the finishing and quality control teams to meet production targets.
  • Monitor machine operation and ensure accuracy of cuts, creases, and registrations.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks to maintain standards.
  • Prepare materials, dies, and cutting plates before production runs. Help with machine adjustments, minor repairs, and cleaning.
