FACILITY MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7-10 years facility management (GCC experience required)
  • Salary: QR 12,000 (complete package)
  • Qatar driving license (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance, safety, operations, vendors, budgets, compliance, and facility staff to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Manage daily operations, preventive/corrective maintenance, and emergency plans
  • Coordinate vendors, contracts, SLAs, and procurement
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct safety audits
  • Control costs and report on facility performance
  • Supervise staff and liaise with senior management and HR
  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5-8+ years facility management/building operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regs, MS Office, leadership and communication skills
