Our employer Franklin Smith Limited is in need of the following:
Asphalt and Chip Sealer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ overseas experience in asphalt or chip sealing.
- Candidates with only Philippines experience must have at least 10 years in the industry, have worked with reputable companies, and can provide credible references.
- Skilled in operating sealing equipment and handling asphalt materials.
- Knowledgeable in surface preparation, sealing techniques, and site safety.
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual labour.
Responsibilities:
- Operate asphalt and chip sealing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and treat road surfaces before application.
- Monitor material quality and ensure even surface finishes.
- Apply asphalt, sealants, and aggregates according to project specifications.
- Conduct minor maintenance on tools and sealing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
