Control & Instrumentation Engineering Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning, construction, or operations within the hydrogen, ASU, refinery, or petrochemical sectors.
• At least 3 years in a SIMOPS leadership role, managing complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of: SIMOPS planning and execution. HV/LV energization procedure, Pressurized system commissioning, PTW systems and isolation regimes and OEM/Vendor coordination during commissioning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and in high-risk operational environments.
• Strong HSE awareness and commitment to safety culture.
• Preferred: Experience on Aramco, ADNOC, or other major projects and prior involvement in large-scale project startup and operational readiness programs.
