BIM MODELLER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller (Structure & Architecture/ M&E).
- MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural & Architectural modeling) or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M&E modeling).
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and project standards.
- Experience working on building construction projects.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to start work ASAP/ 30 days notice period (added advantage).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for Structural and Architectural/ M&E disciplines using Revit.
- Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and detailing for project execution.
- Coordinate design information and resolve discrepancies with engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Assist in clash detection, issue tracking, and ensure design compliance with project standards.
- Support project teams in meetings, documentation, and site coordination.cy of test results and prevent damage to materials by properly calibrating and maintaining their equipment
