MAKE UP BRAND AMBASSADOR (MARKETING EXECUTIVE)

Qualifications

• Female applicants preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, help them find products, and provide information about services or promotions.
• Process purchases, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock merchandise, organize product displays, and assist with inventory management.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
• Work with colleagues to meet sales targets, share product information, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
