Planning and Scheduling Head

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with maintenance planning area experience.
• Minimum 12+year’s experience of a refinery plant with planning section

Responsibilities:

• Prepare long-term maintenance plan. Effective use of efficient maintenance system like CMMS.
• Provide solution for optimization of resources.
• Provide Inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants.
• Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI’s against target.
• Provide control and coordination of all planning and Scheduling activities related to Routine Maintenance for all the operational areas, including
• Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance carried out by Contractor.
• Lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions
