Shift In-Charge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Mechanical) / DME / Technical certificate course
• 2-3 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating activities at the endline production stage to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Managing a team of production workers and providing guidance and support to meet production targets.
• Monitoring product quality at the endline stage and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during the production process.
• Collaborating with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to streamline operations.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
• Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handling shifts schedules, resource allocation, and production planning to optimize output.
• Reporting to higher management on production progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate production records and documentation for reporting and analysis purposes.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
