Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• 2-3 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Take daily critical parameter reading of Utilities.
• Daily monitoring of Preventive Maintenance sheets displayed on machines and utilities.
• Execute the Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule.
• Daily analysis and finding of root cause of the problem and find out permanent solution on repeatative breakdowns.
• Ensure no Can spillage from Air Conveyor & Mechanical Transporter.
• Daily Monitoring of Washer & IBO mats on frequent basis. Take corrective / preventive actions accordingly.
• Planning of developmental activities to reduce down time and save spare parts cost.
• Daily attend Technical Meetings and share observations of line.
• Keep record of daily activities in reporting systems.
• Keep record of Preventive Maintenance in reporting system.
• Plan and give requisition of spare parts.
• Implement IMS & WCM activities & policies.
• Work in co-ordination with Maintenance Manager , Engineering Department and Spare parts department.
• Inform timely to Maintenance Manager / Technical Manager about critical observations on the line.
• Make machine operator aware about the machine operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
