SENIOR MANAGER (RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Preferred with experience working in csd(carbonated soft drinks ex. Coca cola, pepsi ), biscuits, and ice cream company.
• Knowledgeable in designing, developing, and testing new products or improving existing ones through research and experimentation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include analyzing data, documenting findings, creating prototypes, securing patents, and monitoring industry trends to drive innovation and meet consumer needs.
• Oversee project timelines, manage budgets , and ensure the successful completion of r&d initiatives.
• Document research findings and prepare reports, presentations, and detailed product specifications for stakeholders.
