Highest Co., Ltd. is hiring skilled and motivated workers for Framework Construction (Formwork/Frame Working) in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). This role involves supporting concrete construction works by assembling and installing structural frameworks used in building projects.

FRAME WORKING / FRAMEWORK CONSTRUCTION

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only
  • First-time to work in Japan (TITP VISA)
  • At least a high school graduate
  • With at least 6 months and above work experience as a mason, carpenter, or any construction-related job
  • Willing to undergo 2½ months of Japanese language training after employer’s interview (FREE tuition fee)
  • No visible tattoos
  • Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding tasks
  • With good communication skills
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow instructions

Responsibilities:

  • Install and assemble formwork and framework for concrete structures
  • Assist in measuring, cutting, and positioning construction materials
  • Ensure proper alignment and stability of frameworks before concrete pouring
  • Dismantle formwork after concrete has set
  • Follow safety procedures and construction standards at all times
  • Work closely with carpenters, masons, and other construction workers
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
