BUILDING SUPERVISOR (HVAC)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in large-scale industrial or plant construction (especially LNG or petrochemical) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and technical specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, duct design, and control logic

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the installation, testing, and commissioning of all HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ductwork, and control systems.
  • Ensure all work adheres to engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Implement a rigorous quality control program. Conduct inspections to ensure all installations meet project standards and regulatory codes.
  • Collaborate with other trade supervisors and project managers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with overall construction efforts.
