Club Lounge Hostess
Qualifications:
- Basic monthly salary BD 250/- + other benefits
- Height 5.7 and above / Slim personality/ Fair complexion
- Should have excellent personality
- Excellent communication in English & writing
- Customer-Oriented: Passionate about providing outstanding service.
- Team Player: Works well with others to achieve common goals.
- Positive Attitude: Maintains a friendly demeanor, even under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, including food and beverage pairings, to assist guests with recommendations.
- Order Management: Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean and well-stocked and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and club policies.
