Shop Salesperson

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
• Knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage to confidently advise customers

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout the shopping process.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive store experience and customer satisfaction.
• Upsell and cross-sell merchandise to maximize store revenue.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and folding merchandise.
• Assist with inventory management, tagging, and product placement.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Support new team members through peer training and mentorship when necessary.

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
