Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Strong Science Knowledge: In-depth understanding of biology, chemistry, physics, and other relevant scientific disciplines.
• Effective Communication: Ability to explain complex scientific concepts in an understandable manner and communicate effectively with
  students, parents, and colleagues.
• Classroom Management Skills: Ability to create a positive and productive learning environment and manage student behavior effectively.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, managing classroom dynamics, and enforcing
  appropriate behavior.
• Instructional Skills: Ability to develop and deliver engaging lessons using diverse teaching methods and technologies.
• Assessment Skills: Ability to assess student learning through various methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Patience and Empathy: Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities, providing support and encouragement.
• Staying Current: Ability to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and maintain records effectively
