Dietitian / Nutritionist

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Dietitians and nutritionist may be responsible for managing food service operation in healthcare facilities ensuring that patients receive
  nutritious meals that meet their dietary need
• Dietitians and nutritionist provide advice and guidance on healthy existing habits and proper nutrition
• They assess patients dietary need and create personalized meal plans to meet their health goal
• They educate patients on the nutritional values of different food and the important of a balanced diet
• Dietitians and nutritionist work with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for illnesses such as diabetes or hearth disease
• They also provide guidance on food safety and the prevention of food home illnesses
