MASTER TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least an Automotive Trade graduate.
• With relevant trade-skill certificate from recognized technical/ vocational training institute.
• 5 years work experience with KIA / Hyundai automobile dealership as Certified Master Technician.
• Must present accomplished training certificates awarded by KIA Motors Corp. / Hyundai Motors Corp. and proof of Master Technician
  Certification.
• Knowledgeable with all vehicle systems; well versed in using KIA / Hyundai diagnostic system and various test equipment commonly required by
  the manufacturer.
• Highly skilled and specialized in all major overhauling jobs such as Engine, Transmission, differential, suspension, steering, brakes & electrical.
• Driven to achieve high performance standards

• Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving, team work, and life in general
• Creative, innovative, and assertive
• Adaptability to change.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all type of repairs and maintenance works to the vehicle as per write up provided in the job /repair orders.
• Analyze the repair order with details of the customer complaints and diagnose the cause; Prepare the repair estimate, if required and submit for
  approval.
• Use on-board diagnostic tools (KDS/GDS) to identify potential problems or issue for timely repair/maintenance.
• Perform diagnostic service procedure as per instructed repair process and interpret schematic diagrams according to repairs required.
• Perform required Preventive maintenance/ servicing within the given time frame. Work on minimal supervision and provide assistance to other
  technicians in maintenance and service repair procedures.
• Disseminate Technical Service Information provided by the manufacturer. Achievement of set monthly sales target. Ensures workshop operation
  are set within dealership standards.
• Provide inhouse training to other technicians on a regular basis with follow up reporting and analysis of skills gaps (to report to Management)

Responsibilities:

• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
• Assisting guests when necessary

Requirements:
