Security Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in industrial or warehouse security; experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is essential.
• Knowledge of security operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with security technology (CCTV systems, access control, etc.).
• Strong observational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at the plant/warehouse.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of security officers, including assigning shifts, conducting briefings, and providing training on security
  protocols.
• Prevent unauthorized access to premises, control entry/exit points, and monitor vehicle movement (especially trucks transporting auto parts
• Conduct routine patrols across the facility, including production areas, loading bays, and storage zones.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, alarm systems, fire safety equipment, and other surveillance tools.
• Investigate incidents, thefts, or breaches; prepare incident reports and escalate to management as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments (such as logistics and inventory control) to monitor the flow and protection of automotive components.
• Enforce company policies related to safety, emergency response, and loss prevention.
• Assist in emergency drills, evacuation procedures, and first responder coordination if required.
