Repair Supervisor

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance, including team lead or supervisory roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of automobile parts, mechanical systems, and diagnostic procedures.
• Familiarity with repair tracking systems, service manuals, and safety compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in Automotive Service (e.g., ASE) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily repair operations for automobile parts, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, part replacement, and testing.
• Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure compliance with company quality standards and OEM specifications.
• Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure availability of required tools, parts, and materials.
• Train, guide, and support repair technicians; provide performance feedback and technical assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of repair activities, technician hours, parts used, and repair outcomes.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all repair activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime or rework.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline repair processes and optimize productivity.
