PLASTIC FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

• Mechanical skills with the ability to understand and operate machinery efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all products meet quality standards and precise specifications.
• Physical stamina to lift materials perform manual tasks, and stand for extended periods.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and work place regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate measuring, counting, and calculating product dimensions
• Candidate must have passports.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Play a vital role in maintaining smooth production processes and ensuring plastic products meet quality andsafety standards.
• Maybe required to work in shifts, including nights or weekends, depending on production schedules.
• Operate machinery such as injection molders, extruders, or CNC machines to shape plastic materials.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and timing during production.
• Prepare raw materials (pellets, sheets, resins)and load them into machines for processing.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, goggles, or masks.
• Perform finishing tasks such a strumming, sanding, polishing, or deburring plastic products and Inspect finished products for defects using visual checks and measuring tools like calipers or gauges.
