BAKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Experience working with chocolate (e.g., tempering, molding, decorating)
• Solid understanding of baking techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and consistency
• Candidate must have a passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Produce a variety of breads, including artisan and specialty loaves, from mixing to baking.
• Handle all aspects of chocolate work, such as tempering, molding, and decorating.
• Measure, mix, knead, proof, and bake doughs following established recipes.
• Ensure the equality, taste, and appearance of all baked goods meet company standards.
• Decorate baked items with icings, glazes, and chocolate finishes as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations and Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
