PLC TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Proven experience working with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Strong understanding of automation, wiring, and schematics
- Proficient in PLC programming and diagnostics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure PLC systems and related equipment
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues
- Program and modify PLC logic (e.g., ladder logic)
- Test systems to ensure functionality and compliance
- Document all work done on systems and equipment
- Collaborate with engineers and plant personnel
- Ensure all work is done in line with safety standards
